Big D’s Hot Wings
A Big stack of lightly dusted chicken wings, double coated with
our home made hot sauce. Served with a homemade garlic mayo dip.
Funky Chunky Chips
Chunky chips coated in melted mozzarella cheese, crispy bacon
and sliced spring onion. Topped with cool sour cream.
Goats Cheese Crostini
Toasted baguette with goat’s cheese, pesto, sun dried tomatoes and
roasted garlic cloves. Served with seasonal leaves and finished with
a drizzle of lemon and garlic oil.
Pesto Parcel V (folded)
Pizza sauce, grated mozzarella cheese, chunks of goat’s cheese,
homemade basil pesto, caramelised red onion, sun dried
tomatoes and Parmesan cheese.
Smoked Salmon Salad
Irish salmon on a bed of mixed leaves, thinly sliced red onion, capers
and cucumber, drizzled with light balsamic vinaigrette, with crunchy
garlic toasts and lemon wedge.
Chicken Caesar Salad
Strips of juicy herb infused chicken strips served warm on a bed of
mixed seasonal leaves, thinly sliced Spanish onions, grated
iParmesan cheese, crispy bacon pieces and croutons.
Greek Salad V
Mixed seasonal leaves, plump cherry tomatoes, red onion, olives and the
creamiest Greek feta cheese and drizzled with our own house dressing.
A Stack of king prawns in their shells. Fried in garlic, white wine
and fresh chilli butter.
A Half Rack of decadent pork ribs, smothered in our own smokey,
sticky barbecue Jack D sauce, Piled high on Salt and Pepper Chips.
Fresh Atlantic prawns served on a mix of seasonal leaves with cherry
tomato’s, thinly sliced red onion and drizzled in our own Garlic,
pesto and lemon vinaigrette.
Garlic Mushrooms V
Home made breaded button mushrooms. Stacked high and served
with home made garlic mayonnaise for dipping.
Thai Beef Salad
Thinly sliced beef fillet, piled high on mixed seasonal leaves, with
fresh , sliced red onions , sun dried tomatoes and cashew nuts
then drizzled with a own fiery chilli lime dressing.
Peppered kangaroo fillet sat high on our own basil pesto champ,
with a sweet red onion gravy.
8oz fillet of succulent chicken breast grilled slowly and served
with our home made peppercorn sauce on the side, chips and salad.
Beer Battered Fish n Chips
A succulent fillet of fresh fish in our home made beer batter, served
with coleslaw, chips and tartar sauce. Ask your server or see our
blackboard for the catch of the day.
Irish sirloin steak, lettuce, tomatoes, fried onions and grilled
cheddar. Served with pepper sauce & chips.

Roasted Vegetable Curry (V)
A mixture of seasonal and traditional root vegetables roasted with
delicate curry spices and blended with coconut milk to create a
delicious home made curry.

Swaggers 10 Oz
Grilled aged prime 100% Irish strip loin, with fried onions and
mushrooms, Cooked to your liking and served with our Jack Daniels
sauce. Served with hand cut chips and salad.
Freshly breaded seasoned Chicken escalope baked and topped with
tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and finely grated parmesan. Cooked
until golden brown and served with chips and fresh garden salad.
With rasher, sausage, black pudding, fried egg, mushrooms, tomatoes,
toast and Chips Served with Toast and Tea or Coffee.
Lasagna and Chips
Home made Lasagna coated in Bolognese and white sauce. Topped with
mozzarella then slowly oven baked. Served with coleslaw and chips
Penne alla Cabonara (V)
A blend of Spanish onion mushrooms and garlic, Sautéed with garden
herbs and white wine, finished with double cream.
Spaghetti Aglio É Olio (V)
Virgin olive oil, finely chopped garlic, chilies and butter, blended together
with parmesan and fresh cut parsley, served with fresh spaghetti.
Chunks of fresh grilled chicken breast fillet, slowly sautéed with garlic,
onion and baby spinach leaves, coated with a rich white wine cream
sauce. Served on a bed of tagliatelle.
Roasted Pumpkin and Brie Lasagne (V)
Roasted Pumpkin, a hint of Caraway, creamy brie cheese Beshcemel,
layered together and baked to a golden brown and served with fresh
seasonal vegetables and potatoes.
Our own blend of pizza sauce with fresh grated mozzarella cheese.
Pizza sauce, grated mozzarella cheese with fresh cut ham and
covered in the juiciest pineapple pieces.
A BBQ base for this one with chicken fillet, mushrooms, pineapple pieces
and chopped spring onions.

crispy bacon and spring onions. Topped with Parmesan cheese.

Sliced Peppers and Sweet corn. Topped with home made garlic mayonnaise.

Lilly’s Calzone (folded)
Pizza sauce, grated mozzarella cheese, brie cheese, chicken fillets,
pineapple and cut ham. Folded and baked to golden brown.
Irish Smoked Salmon Salad
Irish salmon on a bed of seasonal leaves, red onion, capers and
